About our program
Created in 2010 as a resident initiative, this website is the online home of the McGill University Pathology Residents.
The McGill Pathology Residency is a five year post-graduate medical education program accredited by the Canadian Residency Accreditation Consortium in the discipline of Diagnostic and Molecular Pathology.
Residents are strongly encouraged to participate in research activities and a good number of them have presented at international pathology conferences.
By the numbers, we are a mid-sized pathology program by Canadian standards, with a friendly and collegial atmosphere. In addition, our residents are generally well-represented within provincial and national organizations.
Our residents are also members of the Association of Residents of McGill as well as the Fédération des médecins résidents du Québec.
