Dr Fiset completed his medical studies at McGill University. There, he also obtained a Ph.D. in pathology. His current interests include both thoracic pathology and molecular pathology. During his residency, Dr Fiset has done research in many fields including molecular pathology, neuropathology, uropathology, head and neck, and gynecopathology. Amongst his current projects, the McGill Pathology Digital Slide Library aims to digitize and to organize select histology slide collections for teaching purposes.
As well as being a proud father of a beautiful special daughter and son, he is also the author of the children’s books “A Gopher’s Christmas Adventure” and a “A Gopher’s Day at the Beach”. In the pathology department, he is known as one of the go-to person for computer and technology.
