Tahmina Sultana
Class of 2024

I am a 2024 graduating pathology resident at McGill University. My aim is to
contribute to improve women’s health which encourages me to get expertise in the
arena of gynaecologic pathology beside general surgical pathology. Recently, I
produced 10 high quality grossing videos which is working as supplementary
teaching tool to learn appropriate grossing technique in McGill pathology
department. The videos got published in Dr. GAO’s 3rd edition of the “Pathology
Review and Practice Guide” which is going to make these teaching tools available
to other institutions too. I also worked as a principal investigator on a
project regarding the factors related to recurrence of phyllodes in breast.
Currently, I am working on a project to identify the molecular alteration of
poorly differentiated, undifferentiated, dedifferentiated endometrial carcinoma.
